What kind of Memberships do you offer?

A: We offer several types of memberships which can be explored by clicking on Services & Sign Ups on our main menu. All of our membership packages are geared to help you save when using our services.

How long does Membership Run?

A: Most of our Memberships will run for a period of 1 full year. Other plans may run off of renewable credits as well as a specified time period.

I just paid using PayPal...............What Now?

A: Your new Membership account should be setup within 24 hours of payment verification. Once your account is setup you will receive all details VIA e-mail.

Can I cancel my Membership at any time and be refunded?

A: If Fletchersite determins that you have an acceptable reason to cancel your membership, we will credit you the remaining amount which can be used for other available services, however full refunds are only provided for physical goods or merchandise.

Can I get Membership without using PayPal?

A: Yes! You can use our contact form to request a printable form and send your payment by regular mail. This method is slower since checks must first clear before your new Membership is implimented.

It's been over 24 hours since I signed up!.......Whats going on?

A: If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please check your spam blocker on your e-mail client and make sure that you are not blocking our e-mails. If you have us blocked we cannot send you your membership information.

Can I share this account with a friend or partner?

A: NO!. This account has been setup for 1 member only and will be monitored by IP: address. If Fletchersite finds that the account has been shared, the account will be closed and Membership will be cancelled without credit.
